How long is delivery?

All of our cases are made to order. We carefully design and prepare orders throughout the week, with dispatch taking place on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Will the design fade or peel?

Our cases are made using high-quality materials designed for long-lasting use. The design is created to resist fading and everyday wear.

However, as with any customised product, we recommend avoiding excessive scratching or picking at the design to maintain its quality over time.

What if I enter the wrong name?

If you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible via our support chat and include your order number.

If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to correct it before production begins.

I want my name in Arabic but I’m not sure how to write it

No problem at all. You can either:

• Enter your name in English and we will translate it for you
• Or paste an Arabic version if you already have one

If needed, we may contact you to confirm the spelling and ensure everything looks perfect before creating your case.
